Buying a home sight unseen

Buying a home sight unseen, I never recommend a client purchase a home without first visiting the home. Also get the home inspection done ASAP and work out a schedule so you can be at the inspection, So you understand the condition of the home prior to the purchase. The seller and listing agent won’t let you do a home inspection now what? The market is starting to cool down. Sellers and sellers agents are allowing the full home inspection prior to the P&S and or purchase of the home.
Get the Home Inspection after the purchase is one option and not the best option. Also don’t recommend anyone do a without being present during the Home inspection. In addition Almost all of my clients are present at the Home Inspection and do not get into the situation of buying a home site unseen.
I also advise my clients to fully participate in the home inspection by asking questions at the time of the inspection. in addition listening to the home inspector describe the issues and concerns about this home that you are about to purchase.
If you’re not to talk to the home inspector and ask him/her questions about the home and the process of the inspection and what he’s inspecting at the time of the inspection then maybe that home inspector is not the home inspector you should choose.
